Pastor Carl Livingston

Senior Pastor

Pastor Carl is the grateful Senior Pastor at Kingdom Christian Center (KCC), but he is not new to pastoring. Starting in 2004, he first pastored 100-year old Grace United Methodist Church. Then in 2008, Pastor Carl heard God’s call to launch KCC. KCC is a warm church, a center of biblical teaching, and a socially relevant ministry.  Pastor Carl not only shepherds KCC, he serves a college and the community as well.

Concerning college service, Pastor Carl has led the Political Science Department at Seattle Central College for 30 years. He has launched new classes, advised student groups and advocated for diversity. As to community service, Pastor Carl has co-founded pastoral alliances, led protest movements and sponsored economic development conferences. Pastor Carl serves KCC, SCC and the community because his love for God impels him to seek to advance God’s kingdom for real. Our Pastor loves how God’s Spirit uses the inspired church to transform individuals and institutions.
